1. Start by choosing a picture you want to stencil and transfer it to a sheet of plastic or card using a marker.

2. Cut around your picture well using crafts knife or a cutter. working slowly  .

3. Position the stencil on the area you want to work on using stencil spray glue or masking tape. make sure you have the right position and that it's secured in place...

4. .Use a small sponge ,dap it in paint and then a paper to remove execs. working with only little paint dap the sponge repeatedly on the stencil until you get the amount of color you need.
